Join Us
Heart of El Rio Organization (HERO) is an all-volunteer, community-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is to beautify and revitalize El Rio through community cleanups, graffiti removal, mural installations, planting native California plants and succulents, removing abandoned shopping carts, and organizing special events to bring our community together.
